Founder of multi-award-winning culture transformers Deilight Consulting, Mr. Ian Clarke is also a Psychologist, Therapist, Investment Banker, Author and himself a multi-award-winning Activist and Philanthropist. In 2021 he authored a 45-page report documenting the nature and costs of oppression in global financial services that led to the first black appointments on the board of Europe’s largest bank in history.
